Provenance Claim

“Clover II Corporation sources all our gold responsibly from only LBMA Good delivery list refiners.”

Procedures:

1. Gold is sourced from manufacturers having filed paperwork confirming the gold used is conflict free and is responsibly sourced.

2. Purchases are made from reputable trade sources per the Code of Conduct.

3. Clover II Corp is in compliance with the OECD, 5 step framework.

4. Suppliers must complete documentation confirming compliance to Human Rights policies.

5. Gold in our jewelry has been sourced and is compliant with :The LBMA’s "good delivery" list | The DMCC's "good delivery" list | From a refinery, bank or metals trading company otherwise certified as conflict-free (e.g. according to LBMA, RMI, RJC or OECD guidance, SCS Global Services' "Responsible Source" standard and audit, Fairtrade Gold Standard, World Gold Council Conflict-Free Standard or the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Metals "Chinese Due Diligence Guidelines for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains")

6. Brandon Friedlander- VP is the officer in charge of overseeing the Provenance claim.

7. Procedures are followed daily and reviewed on a yearly basis.

8. Employees have been trained to make sure all are familiar with the gold sourcing claim and a log is kept of the training.

9. Grievance forms against the Provenance claim are available online or by contacting the office.

10. A log is kept to note any infractions which may have taken place and how they were handled.
